ROSEMARY

Rosemary (rosmarinus officinalis), is a woody, perennial herb of the mint family Lamiaceae. It is a small shrub-like plant that is native to the Mediterranean region.

The pine-like leaves of the herb are highly fragrant due to the presence of carnosol, rosmarinic acid and other active compounds.
